What does resilience look like for you?
Everything has changed. Life as we know it has changed. The question is, how will YOU change in order to adapt to this new reality?
In this video I discuss how to build true resilience into your life so that you can go beyond just reacting to this pandemic. You can grow and thrive, if you choose. Get the life you’ve always wanted. Turn this forced change into something intentional.
In this video I challenge you by asking the question: Given this pandemic, how are you going to change and adapt?
Sure, we can crawl up and binge on Netflix. But that is more akin to hiding than to growing.
So, how are you going to grow?
I invite you start a daily log of the activities you do, paying attention to the nature of the activity, when you do that activity, and how long you do that activity for. I am asking you to start a new routine of simply paying attention to what you do. For now, that is the only change needed to start this journey of growth.
In time we’ll turn that new routine from mere observation into something more intentional; strategic thinking and planning.
And by logging what you do (honestly) you’ll end up with true data that will help build the foundations of whatever life it was that you envisioned.
But for now, simply log your activities. This is for no one’s eyes but your own.
